2. Services offered
EvyHost SRL provides web hosting, domain registration, VPS servers, business email and automated billing solutions. Services are provided according to the specifications of the package chosen at the time of the order.
3. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and refunds
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT (19%). We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services. Domains and dedicated VPS servers are not eligible for a refund after activation.
5. Uptime and SLA
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for shared hosting services. If this is not met, the customer receives a credit proportional to the recorded downtime.
6. Acceptable use
Using our services for illegal activities, spam, malware distribution or any activity that may affect other customers or our infrastructure is prohibited.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
